Motherhood has been my greatest teacher.
I didn't become the perfect mom because I became aware of my past. I became a more intentional one.
Every day I'm learning how to raise three boys with kindness, patience, emotional safety, and respect—while also unlearning the things I grew up believing.
Some days I get it right.
Some days I apologize.
Some days they teach me more than I teach them.
I want my boys to grow into men who know it's okay to cry, communicate, ask for help, and treat others with compassion.
I can't erase my own childhood, but I can change theirs.
This page is about the lessons we're learning together.
The things I decided would stop with me.
Helping boys understand feelings instead of hiding them.
Topics like:
Not every post has to be deep.
Some days motherhood is just...
Those moments deserve to be remembered too.
My boys have helped me become a better woman.
I've learned patience.... still learning as we speak.
I've learned humility.
I've learned that saying "I'm sorry" doesn't make me weak—it teaches them accountability.
Sometimes motherhood is really about raising yourself while raising your children.
The little things they'll remember someday.
Movie nights.
Holiday traditions.
Vacations.
Birthday traditions.
Sunday mornings.
The moments that become memories.
One day they'll be grown men.
If they remember anything I taught them, I hope it's this:
